SOPLIANCE WEBSITE POLICIES

Terms and Conditions

Effective November 4, 2026 · Last updated November 4, 2026

Terms for using our website, learning about our staffing and technical services, and applying for a listed position.

1. Company and scope

These Website Terms of Use (Terms) govern only browsing and informational use of the SOPliance website, including viewing service information and career listings and downloading position descriptions. They do not govern the provision of staffing, recruitment, placement, employment, or technical services. The website is operated by SOPliance Inc (Company, we, us, or our), based in Florida, United States. You means the person using the website or the organization on whose behalf that person is authorized to act.

The production website address is sopliance.com. Website means these public pages and downloadable position descriptions; it does not mean a separately contracted staffing, employment, repair, cabling, or other technical service.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

SOPliance currently accepts job applications only from candidates who are at least 18 years old, subject to applicable law. This application requirement does not prohibit general browsing of the website. Each position may have additional lawful eligibility requirements described in its job description. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so. By using the website from their effective date, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These Terms do not make you an employee, contractor, agent, or partner of SOPliance. Any employment or business relationship requires its own applicable arrangements.

3. Service information and separate agreements

Website content is general information, not a quotation, binding service commitment, employment offer, or guarantee of availability or results. Please confirm material information with us before making a business decision.

Actual business relationships, staffing engagements, recruitment or placement arrangements, printer repairs, fiber optic cabling, desktop support, and other services are governed exclusively, as between the contracting parties and subject to applicable law, by SOPliance Inc's separately signed, offline Terms of Business and any signed engagement-specific agreements. These agreements are concluded separately from browsing this website and govern scope, pricing, payment, delivery, confidentiality, warranties, and liability. Browsing, downloading a position description, sending an inquiry, or applying for a role does not itself create a client engagement, placement commitment, or employment relationship. Any employment relationship is governed by its applicable employment agreement and law. These website Terms neither amend nor override those signed agreements, and the website liability cap does not apply to obligations under them. The current website does not process purchases or payments.

4. Career listings and applications

Positions, requirements, locations, and availability may change or close. Review the current position description before applying. An application does not guarantee an interview, referral, placement, employment, or a particular outcome.

Apply only for a specific listed position and identify its title and reference in your email. Provide accurate, relevant information and only materials you have permission to share. Do not submit another person's résumé without authorization. SOPliance shares applicants' résumés with client organizations in connection with recruitment and placement, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Email links open your email application. No message is sent until you choose to send it, and an email link does not attach your résumé automatically. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking information, identity documents, or medical information with an initial application. Any later screening or employment requirements are governed by applicable law and the relevant recruitment process.

5. Privacy and cookies

Please read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about website connections, email correspondence, and recruitment information. Agreement to these Terms is not a substitute for any separate privacy notice or consent required by law.

6. Permitted use and website materials

You may browse the website and download or print position descriptions for your own application or internal evaluation of our services. SOPliance branding and original materials belong to SOPliance or their respective owners. Third-party photographs, fonts, and other licensed materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Except as allowed by law or an applicable license, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify protected content without permission.

Do not use the website unlawfully, impersonate others, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, or misuse personal or confidential information. Do not imply that SOPliance endorses your organization or content without authorization.

7. Third party websites and services

The website may link to websites, social media, or services operated by others, including LinkedIn. A link does not transfer ownership or control to SOPliance and is not an endorsement unless expressly stated. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before using those services or providing information.

To the extent permitted by law, SOPliance is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices, or loss arising from your reliance on independently provided third-party material. This does not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Access restrictions and availability

We may restrict or suspend website access to address a breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risks, maintenance, or legal requirements, and may discontinue website features. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice appropriate to the circumstances. Immediate action may be necessary for security or legal reasons.

A restriction on website access does not by itself terminate a separate employment or service agreement or remove any rights you have under that agreement or applicable law.

9. Website warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that website information will always be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your needs; that the website will be uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or free of errors or harmful components; or that every issue will be corrected. You should use appropriate device and security protections.

This disclaimer concerns the website, not warranties or service commitments in a separate written agreement. Mandatory statutory rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Limitation of website liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the exceptions below, SOPliance Inc and its website suppliers exclude liability for losses, injuries, or damages arising out of or relating to your browsing, access to, use of, or inability to use this website or its informational materials. This exclusion includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, and losses resulting from errors, omissions, interrupted access, or reliance on website information, whether a claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), or another legal theory, even if the possibility of such loss has been brought to our attention.

If liability is nevertheless established despite those exclusions, the total aggregate liability of SOPliance Inc and its website suppliers to you for all claims arising out of or relating to that website use will not exceed USD 100, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the exceptions below. This is a combined limit for all such claims, not a separate limit for each claim or incident.

Some jurisdictions prohibit or restrict exclusions or limits of liability. These provisions apply only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or any liability, mandatory consumer protection, statutory privacy right, or remedy that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

These exclusions and the USD 100 cap concern browsing and informational use of this website only. They do not govern or alter liability under separately signed Terms of Business, placement or employment agreements, technical-service agreements, or applicable Data Processing Agreements. The current website does not process payments.

11. Governing law and mandatory rights

Florida law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, governs these website Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Other laws may apply to you or to a particular transaction. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections that apply where you live, including mandatory consumer protections for eligible European Union users.

A governing-law provision in a separate signed agreement continues to govern that agreement. These website Terms do not select an exclusive court, require arbitration, or waive class-action rights.

12. Resolving questions or disputes

If you have a concern about the website, please contact info@sopliance.com and describe the issue and the resolution you are seeking. Where practicable, the parties should first try to resolve the matter informally.

This informal process does not prevent a party from seeking urgent relief, making a complaint to a regulator, or bringing a claim in time to preserve a legal right. It does not automatically extend any filing deadline.

13. Legal compliance

You must comply with laws applicable to your use of the website. You may not use it in violation of applicable United States sanctions or export restrictions, including restrictions that prohibit a transaction involving a person or location. These Terms do not expand a restriction beyond what applicable law requires.

14. Severability and waiver

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Any adjustment or severance of the affected provision must be consistent with applicable law. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not by itself waive the right to enforce it later. Waiving one breach does not automatically waive another.

15. Language and entire agreement

These Terms are written in English. If SOPliance supplies a translation, the English version controls to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

These Terms constitute the agreement about use of this website, together with any provisions expressly incorporated for that purpose. They do not replace a separate signed service or employment agreement, an applicable third-party license, or mandatory privacy disclosures or rights.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this website. Changes take effect when posted, without prior notice, unless applicable law requires otherwise. The last-updated date identifies the latest revision. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law.

Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted signals your acceptance of those revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the website. Please review these Terms when you use the website. Any additional notice or separate consent or acceptance required by law will still be provided or obtained.
